By downloading, installing, or using Health Data to PDF ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Health Data to PDF is a mobile application that converts Apple Health export data files (.zip and .xml) into formatted PDF medical reports. The App processes data entirely on your device and does not require an internet connection for its core functionality.

3. Not Medical Advice

The App is a data formatting and visualization tool. It presents your existing Apple Health data in a structured PDF format. The App does not:

• Provide medical diagnoses or interpretations
• Recommend treatments or medications
• Replace professional medical judgment
• Guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the exported health data

Reference ranges shown in reports are general guidelines and may not apply to your specific medical situation. Your healthcare provider should interpret all health data in the context of your individual medical history.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of the App, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring the accuracy of the health data you import into the App
• Safeguarding any generated PDF reports that contain your personal health information
• Using the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not using the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose

5. In-App Purchases

The App offers a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase ("Pro Report") that unlocks additional report features including detailed charts, complete data analysis, and custom date ranges.

• One-Time Purchase: The Pro Report is a lifetime, one-time purchase. There are no subscriptions or recurring fees.
• Payment: All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not handle or have access to your payment information.
• Refunds: Refund requests must be directed to Apple as per their App Store refund policies.
• Restore: You can restore your purchase on any device signed into the same Apple ID at no additional cost.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is the intellectual property of the developer and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on the App.

7. Data and Privacy

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components
• The reports generated will be complete or free of formatting errors
• The App will be compatible with all Apple Health data formats or future iOS updates
• The data visualization or calculations will be 100% accurate in all scenarios

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, health complications arising from reliance on generated reports, or any other damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
